FAQ

How far are you from Saint-Raphaël?

The campsite is located in Le Dramont, a commune of Saint-Raphaël, 7km from the town center.

Can you get to the campsite without a car?

The campsite is a stone’s throw from the “le Dramont” TER station, accessible by changing trains from the Saint-Raphaël Valescure or Cannes TGV stations. You can also reach the campsite by bus from the Saint-Raphaël bus station, stopping at the “le Dramont” stop (lines 8 or 21).

Do I have to pay for wifi?

Wifi is available throughout the campsite free of charge.

Do you accept pets?

Pets are accepted except 1st and 2nd category dogs (maximum 2 per pitch/rental) provided they are vaccinated and non-reactive.

How far is the beach from the campsite? Is it sand or pebbles?

We have 3 direct accesses to the beach, which is a pebble beach in the continuation of the D-Day beach. A sandy beach (Tiki plage) is a 10-minute walk from our campsite.

Is it possible to rent a refrigerator for the pitches?

Yes, subject to availability. The fee is €5/day, capped at €35 for the entire stay (if longer than one week).

Are barbecues allowed?

Charcoal barbecues are prohibited. You can bring your own gas or electric barbecue.

Electric planchas can be rented for €7/day, €15/weekend (Friday to Sunday) or €30/week.

How many toilet blocks are there on the campsite?

The campsite has 2 sanitary blocks, one with outdoor showers, canidouche, and chemical toilet emptying point.

Can I choose my location?

Site selection is free of charge. If you know the campsite and would like a specific number, please contact us to check availability.

If you’ve never been before, you can mention your preferences in the “comments” section of your booking form. Subject to availability, we’ll assign you the pitch best suited to your needs.

Is bedding provided?

Pillows, comforters and mattress protectors are available in all mobile homes.

Please note: for “four-flower” and Premium accommodation, bed linen and towels are provided.

For “two- or three-flower” accommodation, bed linen is an additional charge of €18 per set.

Are apartment kitchens fully equipped?

The kitchens are fully equipped.

Is there baby equipment?

The baby kit is included for our 4-flower and Premium rentals.

For other rentals, a baby kit (cot + high chair) can be hired from reception for €6/day, up to a maximum of €42 for the entire stay.

Is cleaning included in the price?

On a day-to-day basis, you are responsible for cleaning your home. If you don’t want to do the end-of-stay cleaning yourself, we offer a package for 110€. You can request one at reception. End-of-stay cleaning is included for Premium rentals.

Is it possible to pitch a tent on a rental site?

It is forbidden to set up a tent next to or on the terrace of a rental property. We offer camping pitches for this purpose.

Does the campsite have a playground?

Yes, we also have 2 trampolines for children.

Does the campsite provide sports equipment?

The campsite has a multisport field, several outdoor sports facilities, a fitness room, several petanque courts and ping pong tables.

We lend out soccer balls, ping pong rackets and balls, and boules.

Does the campsite have a laundry?

We have a laundry room equipped with multiple washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board (irons can be borrowed from reception).

At what age can my child join the kids' club?

The kids’ club welcomes children aged 5 and over.

Is the pool heated?

Our outdoor pool is heated in low season, or when temperatures warrant.

Are swimming shorts allowed in the pool?

Yes, swimming shorts are allowed in the pool.

Are there any shops on the campsite?

The campsite has a Monoprix supermarket, a takeaway pizzeria and a bar – restaurant – snack bar – ice cream parlour.

Do I have to pay a deposit before moving in?

A deposit of 200€ is required on arrival (in the form of a credit card imprint, cheque or cash).

Is the campsite VACAF approved?

No. The campsite is not VACAF approved. We only accept vacation vouchers.

At what time can we take possession of the accommodation?

Accommodation is guaranteed from 5pm.

If you arrive earlier, you can check in at reception. If the accommodation is already ready, you can take possession of it. If not, you can use the campsite services in the meantime, and we will contact you as soon as it is possible to move in.

What are the reception opening hours?

Reception is open from 9am to 8pm non-stop.

Can we arrive after the reception desk has closed?

If you arrive after 8pm, the night watchman can welcome you. If he’s not at reception, his mobile number is displayed on the door. Important: the campsite gates close at midnight. If you arrive later, you won’t be able to bring your car in. You’ll need to come back to reception the next day to finalize your check-in and collect your ID.

Are babies included in the accommodation's capacity?

Yes, babies are included in the accommodation’s capacity. The maximum number of people indicated in the cottage must not be exceeded.

Please note that children under the age of 3 are welcome on our campsites all season long, as are children aged 3 to 7 outside July/August!

Is the day of arrival fixed?

No, the day of arrival is free (you can arrive any day of the week).

Is there a minimum length of stay?

Yes.

In low season, the minimum stay is one night for pitches and two nights for rentals.

In high season (July/August) the minimum stay is one week for pitches and rentals.
